RETURN & REFUND POLICY – FRONIA (EXCELLAR FOODS)

Terms & Conditions

You may request a return for products purchased from www.fronia.in, subject to valid reasons approved by our customer support team.
Refunds may be issued under specific conditions outlined below.
You may also cancel your order anytime
before it has been dispatched.

While we strive to make returns, refunds, and cancellations convenient, certain limitations are necessary to comply with business, legal, and logistical requirements.

 

Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged, expired, faulty, or defective product.

  • You receive a product different from what you ordered.

 

Conditions for Returning Products

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
    After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, along with the original invoice.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with brand labels intact.

  • Replacement of products will depend on the availability of stock at the time of processing.

Your email must include:

  1. Name of the product

  2. Order ID

  3. Clear images of the received product with Batch ID visible

  4. A detailed description of the issue

This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and send an acknowledgement to your registered email address.
You will then be notified of the refund approval or rejection via email or phone.

If you paid via Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI:

  • Refund request will be submitted to our payment gateway partners within 5 working days of approval.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days, or as per your bank / payment provider timelines.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • You must share a cancelled cheque / passbook copy / bank statement showing your name and account details.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of approval.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank, as some transfers take additional time.
