SHIPPING POLICY – FRONIA (EXCELLAR FOODS)

Fronia endeavors to deliver products across India in good condition through our trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Local deliveries: 2–3 working days

  • Outstation deliveries: 3–7 working days

  • Jammu & Kashmir, North East India & Kerala: 5–9 working days

We ship orders from Monday to Saturday. There is no dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email containing your tracking number and the courier partner handling the shipment.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Tracking delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues with logistics partners

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Strikes or lockouts

  • Server outages

  • Other force majeure events

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary depending on order value, delivery location, and ongoing promotions.
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed on the website/app
