FRONIA – RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Terms & Conditions:

Thank you for shopping with Fronia.in Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


🍫 Food Product Policy:

All products sold on fronia.in are perishable food items.
Due to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards:

👉 No refund or exchange is applicable once the product has been delivered.
👉 Customers are eligible for replacement only, subject to mandatory verification and product return.


🔹 Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our facility

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted


Reasons for Replacement:

You may request a replacement only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged before opening

  • The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery

  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered


📦 Conditions for Replacement:

To qualify for replacement:

  • The product must be returned to us in original condition

  • Items must be unopened and unused

  • Brand packaging (pouch/box/seal) must be fully intact

  • A clear unboxing video or images are mandatory as proof

  • The proof must clearly show the Batch/Batch ID and product condition at delivery

  • All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product

⚠️ Claims without unboxing proof will not be processed.


📧 How to Raise a Replacement Request:

Your email must include:

  • Product Name

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos (with Batch/Batch ID visible)

  • Unboxing proof (video/images)

  • Detailed explanation of the issue


🔁 Replacement Process:

  1. After receiving your request, we will verify the proof

  2. Approved products must be shipped back to us

  3. Once received, the product will undergo inspection

  4. You will get a confirmation email upon receipt

  5. Replacement will be dispatched only after final approval

👉 Only product replacement will be provided. No refund will be issued.
👉 Company decision after verification will be final and binding.


Replacement Timelines:

Prepaid (Online Payment) Orders:

  • Replacement dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Replacement shipped within 3–5 working days, subject to verification and inspection

  • No bank details required, since refunds are not applicable


⚠️ Late or Missing Replacement:

If you haven’t received your replacement product yet:

  • Check your email/SMS for the latest update

  • Delay may occur due to inspection, proof verification, or stock unavailability

  • If no dispatch confirmation is received after the shared timeline, contact us:
